Thomas William Livingston

Thomas Livingston was the son of Thomas Livingston (1759-1809) and Mary White CHILES Livingston (1759-1796).
He was one of the pioneer settlers of Madison County, Florida, where he settled in the 1830s, establishing a large plantation, and also practicing law.
Captain Thomas Livingston's Company of Mounted Volunteers of the Florida Militia, commanded by Brigader-General R. K. Call, gave service during the war with the Seminole Indians. This company mustered into service at San Pedro, December 9, 1835; mustered out on February 25, 1836.
He and his wife were the parents of 11 children: Donald Fraser, Taliferro Alexander, Mary Amanda, Thomas John, Charlotte M., Ann F., William Alfred, Felix Glenn, John Fraser, Frances C., and Amanda.
