Company A, 2nd Mississippi Regiment, CSA

Thomas McAnally 1815-1875, death in Alcorn County and is buried in Arbor Cemetery, Alcorn County, Mississippi, USA. I placed the headstone in Willis-McAnally Cemetery due to Arbor Cemetery being lost to excessive logging. Jim Lambert

Suggested edit: Thomas was in the 26th Miss Infantry Co B. His son Thomas Jefferson was in 2nd Miss Co A. The monuments are not correct. I've tracked down where Thomas bought 100 acres in 1864, and I think he would be buried there and not at Arbor Cemetery. (Suggested Edit by Brandon McAnally - 51050244)
