Sir Richard Bulkeley (died 1573) was a Welsh politician.
Born in 1524, he was the eldest son of Sir Richard Bulkeley, Bt. of Beaumaris, (Chamberlain of N. Wales 1634) and Catherine dau. of Sir William Griffith Kt. of Penrhyn, co. Caernarfon.[1]
He was knighted at Berwick in 1547 by John, Earl of Warwick and Lieutenant of the King's Army in Scotland. He was appointed High Sheriff of Anglesey in 1547, 1552 and 1561, and High Sheriff of Caernarvonshire in 1550 and 1558.[1] and Custos Rotulorum of Anglesey bef. 1558–1572.
He was the Member of Parliament for Anglesey in 1549–1552, April to May 1554, Nov 1554 to Jan 1555, and in 1571–1572.[1]
He died in 1573, probably poisoned by his second wife. He had married twice: firstly Margaret, daughter of Sir Jonn Savage of Rock Savage, Cheshire and secondly Agnes, eldest daughter of Thomas Needham of Shenton . His eldest son Richard was also an MP and his youngest son Lancelot Archbishop of Dublin from 1619 to 1650.[1]

Sir Gilbert Talbot of Grafton, KG (1452 – 16 August 1517 or 19 September 1518) was an English Tudor knight, a younger son of John Talbot, 2nd Earl of Shrewsbury and 2nd Earl of Waterford, and Elizabeth Butler. .... etc.
He married firstly Elizabeth Greystoke, daughter of Ralph de Greystoke, 5th Baron Greystoke and 7th Baron Boteler of Wem, and had three children:
