Thomas Pearce

One source indicates that Thomas Pearce/Pierce was a half sibling of Lewis Pierce's other children. I have seen nothing concrete on this, but information on Thomas Pearce is very scant, so there may be something to this. No knowledge of where he is buried, but one of his sons and his son's wife are buried in Red Hill Cemetery in south Perry County, MS, and there are a lot of unmarked graves in that cemetery, so he could be buried there.

If Thomas really was a half sibling to Lewis Pierce's other kids, this would mean Ann Wooten wasn't his mother, and half of the tree would be wrong past a certain point on this branch. Still working on this.

In May 2020, I traveled to Pierce Creek Cemetery in Semmes, AL, where Lewis Pierce was supposed to be buried but he either isn't buried there or the marker was missing. My cousin tells me Anne Wooten is buried in Covington County, MS, but nobody knows where he is buried, and they may not be buried together.
