Thompson Church

Thompson came from New England. He was a descendant of Captain Benjamin Church of Indian War fame. (See Cyclopdia of Fayette Co. Biographies). About 1831 he built a glass factory at Fayette City, PA. He married Harriet Walter in Pittsburg, PA and they had three children.
