"Timothy's will was written Nov. 14, 1757 in Caroline Co. and survives. The will was complete and precise. He parcelled out land and livestock in Caroline and Orange Counties to his sons. His daughter was given slaves and personal property. His wife Justine was to live her natural life on the homestead and was loaned the "remainder" of the estate. His will was approved by the Executors, wife Justine and son Richard Woolfolk in June 1758. Timothy(4) & Justine Chandler's children: Joseph, Robert, Richard Woolfolk (probably eldest) and Betty. Timothy died sometime between 14 Nov 1757, the date on his will, and 8 Jun 1758 when his will was presented for Probate. Justin and Richard Woolfolk Chandler were listed as Executors in "Genealogies of Virginia Families from Tyler's Quarterly Historical and Genealogical Magazine, Vol. I, pg. 342:
