Ursula, widow of Thomas Achym, was buried at Pelynt, probably on 15 September 1690; her will, dated 17 November 1689 and proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Cornwall 19 September 1690, names the following beneficiaries:
Mary Cudmore, Ann Achym, Margarett Henninge, and Elizabeth Stone, my daughters
Mary Cudmore, my grandchild
Francis Achym, my son, the residue, executor
Witnesses: Nath: Cudmore, the sign of Priscilla (x) Tomlinson, Tho: Tomlinson
A lease on the lives of Ursula the wife of Thomas Achym and Jonathan their son is proof that Jonathan is also a son of the second Ursula Achym.
Lease, "Achym 6," 4 May 1661, Royal Cornwall Museum, Truro. Jonathan Trelawny of Trelawne, esq., to Thomas Achym of Trenake, esq., for £80, houses and closes in Muchlarnicke in Pelynt, for 99 years, on the lives of Ursula the wife of Thomas Achym and Jonathan their son. Surrendered 22 Sept. 1690 by Francis Achym.
