Second marriage:

Owned a mill in Varsany, Hungary. Later he owned multiple factories in Balassagyarmat, Hungary. These factories produced brick, tile, brooms, and also machines used in agricultural labours. He also had factories in Budapest, which manufactured combs and various tools. His "Broom and Brush" Factory in Balassagyarmat was later sold to his inlaws: His second wife, Terézia, had two sisters, Gizella and Aranka, and their husbands, Mihály Lázár and Sándor Nikolszburger, respectively purchased the enterprise. The factory then became known as the Nikolszburger & Lázár factory.
The above-referenced second marriage of Vilmos Hoffman came in his old age. He married the sister of a son-in-law from a daughter of his first marriage . . . Namely, his daughter, Aranka, from his first wife, Karolin, was married to Samu Lovinger. Vilmos' second marriage was to Samu (his son-in-law's) sister, Terezia. So Vilmos was not only the father-in-law to Samu, but also his brother-in-law. [NOTE: THIS HAS YET TO BE CONFIRMED . . . CURRENT PARENTAGE OF THE SECOND WIFE DOES NOT AGREE WITH THIS STORY]
