Virginia McAdoo

Virginia (Bergey) McAdoo, a homemaker, died yesterday at Montgomery Hospital. She was 69.

Mrs. McAdoo, of Warren Street in Norristown, was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and a 1937 graduate of Norristown High School.

Born in Norristown, she lived in the borough all her life and had resided at the Warren Street address since 1951.

Surviving are her husband, Edward J.; two daughters, Judith A. Durante and Janis L. Slanker, both of Norristown; five grandchildren; one brother, Robert E. Bergey of Norristown; and one sister, Eleanor M. Cawthra of King of Prussia.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. tomorrow at Grace Lutheran Church, 506 Haws Avenue, Norristown. The Rev. John L. Kinzel, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. tomorrow at the church.

Arrangements are by the bailey Funeral Chapel Ltd., Norristown.
