VIVIAN ARCHIE HERRON
BAY MINETTE - Vivian Archie Gideons Herron, a native of the High Pine community near Bay Minette and resident of Andalusia, died Thursday, March 23, 2000, at a nursing facility in Opp. She was 94. Mrs. Herron was a retired license clerk for Mobile County. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Ann Hill of Mainz, Germany; one granddaughter, Janet Hill Faircloth and one great-grandson, Justin Faircloth, both of Andalusia; and two sisters, Marjorie Hoffman of Baltimore and Carrie Edwards of Sanford, N.C. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pine Grove Baptist Church. Services will begin at 2 p.m. at the church, with pastor Joel Faircloth officiating. Interment will be in the Gideons Cemetery. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Gideons International or the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Arrangements are by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
