Wai Lolomoli Corrie

"Maria" Wai Lolomoli Knowles was given her name by a member of the Tongan Royal Family. The name means "rich water". Later in life her Great Grandfather married a member of the Tongan Royal Family but did not become King. His wife was Hon. Lavinia Veiongo Mahanga and their granddaughter Lavinia Veiongo married King Tupou as his second wife after he divorced Princess Edith Marie Pomare of Tahiti who was the granddaughter of Queen Pomare IV who was the mother of Semisemilolo who was Inoke's son.
