Katz, Walter, 87, died Monday November 5, 2007 in Israel. Funeral services were held in Israel Tuesday, November 6. Memorial service 20:30 A.M. Thursday, November 8 at Congregation Emanu-El. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara (Matassarin) Katz. He is survived by two brothers, Max of Stillwater, OK., and Fred of Wilmington, DE, a daughter and son-in-law, Ester (Ellen) and Avram Silvers, of Shilo, Israel, 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. He emigrated from Germany to Stillwater, OK and then moved to Wichita where he married and opened the Hub Clothing Store and lived to almost seventy years.
