Walter de Acton, alias Hapesford

Agnes was widowed before 26 Edward I ... when she was the wife of Walter de Hapesford or Acton. In that year, Wm. de Toft and his wife levied a fine in favor of Walter and Agnes of 3 messages and 2 and 1/2 bovates of land in Birches. PR 26 Edward I and 1&2 Edward II.
