Willa Mae Butzer

BARBERTON -- Willa Mae Anderson of Barberton, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011 after a long illness.

Willa retired in 2002 from the Summit County Department of Job and Family Services. Some may remember her from Milamar Hair Salon.

She was preceded in death by parents, Willis and Elma Butzer; and her sister, Barbara Hren. Willa is survived by her husband, Leo Anderson of Barberton; her faithful canine companion, Buffy'; sister, Nancy (Bill) Schafrath of Wooster; son, Scott (Laura) Foltz of Clinton; daughters, Tami (Chris) Stefan of New Franklin, Diana (John) McGrath of Norton and Deborah Matheny of Akron; stepson, Mark (Donna) Anderson of Barberton; stepdaughter, Kelly (Mark) Bellar of Doylestown; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and a host of life-long friends.

Per Willa's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral services. If you should so desire, please make memorial donations in her name to the Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service, 3358 Ridgewood Road, Akron, Ohio 44333.
