About William(Bill) D. KOSICEK
Uncle Bill served in WW!! in the army, one of the places he served was in the MTS. of Italy where he fell down and was injured. He saw many hard things during the war, when he drank he always said "it was ruff and tuff". He married Alice Flannigan, who had been married once before but it was his first marriage. He married late in life so they had no children together. He had a shack on the Fox River where I had much fun fishing and playing cards late into the night with Aunt Alice. They bought a home in Plainfield, a historic one where the first school had been and there was an officer from the Civil War buried under one of there trees.
