About William Eynon Orr

-Entered the Ohio Veterans Home on October 31st, 1913, in Sandusky OH.
-Admitted to the hospital on July, 23, 1915 for "disease of heart and edema of lungs and legs".
-He died on January 18th, 1916 at 12:50PM with the cause of death being "organic disease of the heart".
