   first part and Robert Fox and Mary Fox, his wife of the second part.
   Witnesseth that the party of the first part hath this day sold unto the party
   of the second part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars
   & Sixteen to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge that
   bargained sold released & confirmed and in ___ presents doth bargain sell
   releases confirm unto the party of the second part a certain tract or parcel
   of land containing one hundred and twenty five acres more or less known and
   distinguished a part of Tipton _____?& Hubbard Shorts has right survey
   beginning 378 varas in the middle of Caney Creek west of Sorrell Denton's N.

Neusum, she lived with M. J. Fox after her children & husband's decease (census), she had no need to sellher household goods or property to M. J. Fox. As she lived with M. J. Walker, 15 Dec. 1850, Johnson County, Illinois, he was killed in the Civil War, CSA Texas, Hunt County, it is not known why the family did not obtain their distributive share.
