William Tipping, Esq

There are some inconsistencies here: 1) If William Tipping was born in 1510 and his wife Agnes Burte was born in 1522 (or even 1518 as some have said) they CAN NOT have a son Thomas born 1521, even if Thomas had a different mother William would only have been 11 when Thomas was born 2) Thomas Tipping born 1544 is much more believable. 3) Williams death date of 1601 and Agnes marrying for a 2nd time to Thomas Jordan conflict.

THIS IS SPECULATION on my part, however, this it what I believe occurred.

I believe the death date of 1601 was entered in error for William when it was actually his son Thomas Tipping who died in 1601 ( both Thomas Tippings have the year of death as 1601). 

I believe:

-William Tipping married Agnes Burte between 1538 an 1542

-Thomas Tipping was born 1544 (Just one Thomas Tipping)

-William Tipping died between 1544 and 1547

- Agnes Burte Tipping remarried in 1547 to Thomas Jordaine of Dorset and their daughter Cecily Jordan was born in 1551
