William TYLER Sex: M Birth: 1627 in Devonshire, England Death: 8 FEB 1691/92 in New Haven, Conn. Note:

   In Connecticut we find several early Tylers. William Tyler took the "Oath of Fidellitie" in New Haven in 1657 and his descendants are known as "The Wallingford Line."

   Besides William and his father, Roger Tyler who leaves an inventory of an estates in New Haven in 1673. In Branford, Conn., we find four brothers, George, Peter, Francis and Charles on the records and their descendants are called "The Branford Line"
