William Watford
William Watford, 71, of 1421 Fourth East Street, died Tuesday at 1:45 a.m. at his residence of uremia.
He was born Aug. 11, 1879 in Salt Lake City, a son of Fred and Charlotte Hughes Watford.
He married Annie M. Petersen, Jan. 17, 1900. She died March 31, 1940. He married May Hawley, May 1, 1941.
Mr. Watford worked for the Denhalter Bottling Company for 42 years.
Survivors are a son and three daughters; Ken Watford and Mrs. Cloa Mulvay, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Thelma Rawls, Thistle, Utah County; and Mrs. Grace Thompson, San Jose, Calif.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
