I am contacting you about this profile: Mindwell Willard Dr. John Willard (1759-1825) second wife was Mindwell (Mindal), daughter of Felix and Jerusha ____ MEIGS. She was born on 5 MAY 1758 in Branford CT (?) (Alvin Talcott, "Families of Early Guilford, Connecticut, Vol II, p 814) and died in AUG 1804 in Middlebury, VT. according to a death notice in the Middlebury newspaper. Mindwell m first Thaddeus Frisbie or Frisby of Lanesborough, Mass. They had four children one of whom died young. Thaddeus died 29 AUG 1793 at age 34. (Charles J. Palmer, History of the town of Lanesborough Massachusetts, (1741-1905) Part 1.) John and Mindwell's first child William T. WILLARD was born 9 AUG 1796, so their marriage probably took place between August of 1793 and December 1795, probably in Middlebury, but I have found no record of it as yet.
