William Willoughby, 3rd Baron Willoughby of Parham
Charles Willoughby, 2nd Baron Willoughby of Parham outlived his son and heir William and on his death in 1603 the title passed to his grandson, William, 3rd Lord Willoughby of Parham.[1] He lived between (1584 – 28 August 1617) born in Knaith, England son of William Willoughby and Elizabeth Hilyard. On 4 February 1602/03 he married Frances Manners, daughter of John Manners, 4th Earl of Rutland and Elizabeth Charlton.[2]
