Jeremiah Collett, Jr. granted to Thomas Woodward of Concord & William Woodward of Middletown, 25 May 1703. Thomas Woodward after death of William granted 5 May 1709 to Jasper Yeates of Chester 275 acres excepting 15 to John Green. Now tract bounded by land of late Nathan Baker now belonging to Robert Pyle & land of the late John Green, 175 acres.
