Brief overview:

Wilson, a stock farmer from Nngwekhulu-Tshilata Village, Limpopo, was shot dead on 30th December 2009.

Six people were accused for his murder - Wilson Munonela (78), Samuel Neshunzhi (68), Masindi Maphepha (62), Police Constable Nyambeni Madzivhandila (35) attached to the Gauteng SAPS, Kenneth Manyelele (35) and Florah Manyelenyele (78).

They allegedly accused him of letting his cattle destroy their mealie field before killing him.

Constable Madzivhandila and Manyelele were granted bail of R1000 each and the rest are still behind bars. The case was postponed to 19th March for a bail application.
