The larger of the two plaques adjacent to the gravestone of Yehuda Kahana (Kuntres HaSefeikos) reads as follows:

This ohel was repaired and made new by R' Yosef Aryeh the son of Shmuel Zanvil and Rachel (his sons Tzvi Elimelech and Yakov the sons of Frumit from Mihalifalvah, presently (residing in) Brooklyn)
The grandson of shmuel Zanvil of Dubuveh
The son of Tzvi Elimelech of Sighet
The son of Yudeh Yakov of Sighet
The son of Yecheil the head of the Beit Din (Rabbinical court) of the holy community of Salkeh
The son of Yuda, "the memory of the righteous should be for a blessing"
The author of (the book) "Kuntres HaSefeikos" ("Notes on (understanding) Situations of Doubt)
