About Zygmunt Michal Wieliczker alias Wieliczka

"In Vienna, Mr. Wieliczka-Wieliczker, as a suspect of espionage, was arrested and imprisoned. Thanks to the intervention of his father, a major of the Austrian army, he was released. Then he was drafted into the army and sent "to the Montenegrin front". From 1916 to February 1, 1917 - Mr. Wieliczka-Wieliczker talks about himself - he was in a hospital in Vienna, then, he "fought" on the Galician front until the end. Then, when Austria disintegrated, Mr. Wieliczka-Wieliczker joined the Officers' Legion in Lviv, whose command assigned him to the 29th Infantry Regiment in Kalisz. The court investigations carried out in this direction found something else: Mr. Wieliczka received a leave from the Austrian authorities. He left Lviv on October 10, 1918 for Krakow, and from Krakow on November 16, 1918 for a vacation card to his wife, located in Borek (Greater Poland). Nowhere has it been found that Mr. Wieliczka-Wieliczker was assigned to the 29th Infantry Regiment in Kalisz. The exact date, when actually Mr. Wieliczker ceased to exist and Mr. Wieliczka replaced his place, has not been established." https://www.wbc.poznan.pl/Content/37486/PDF/22819.pdf
