My Y- Chromosome DNA patronymic son after son Haplogroup is: Levite R1a-Y2619. My maternal patronymic (mom's father) son after son line is Levite as well, same R1a-Y2619 Y- Chromosome Haplogroup. My mom's maternal (daughter after daughter) Haplogroup is: K2a2a1, one of the four founding Ashkenazi maternal clusters.

Both my patronymic lines paternal and maternal (son after son) are Ashkenazi but actually ancient 1st Jerusalem Temple Levites, both lines belonging to the Y chromosome Levite Haplogroup R1a-Y2619 whose Founder was a circa 12th Century BCE Levite Caste member probably residing near the First Jerusalem Temple in the Biblical Kingdom of Judea מלכות יהודה. My Y chromosome patronymic line 111 STR markers are perfect 111/111 identical with the Ashkenazi Levites R1a-Y2619 3rd century CE PROGENITOR-MODAL as defined by the Klyosov et al 2012 research and Behar et al 2017 research. The Geneticists Jury is still out over the issue of how could I, born in the 20th century, preserve a son after son line, over a period of 1,750 years, some 60+ generations, identical Y111 markers to the Progenitor-Modal of the R1a-Y2619 Ashkenazi Levites, absent any mutation deviations. As for the above Leonard Cohen Concert photo: it was taken during the Leonard Cohen October 30, 1973 most odd concert performed amidst the Yom-Kippur War in the Sinai. The top blue arrow points to me. This improvised 'legendary and hallucinatory' concert was performed by Leonard Cohen accompanied by composer/ singer Matti Caspi and actress Ilana Rovina on the white sand hills near the Bir-Gafgafa airstrip (biblical name: Refidim) on east side of the Suez Canal front, while random shells by both sides were still flying over even though a shaky verbal Ceasefire was presumably in effect ... I'm the bearded Lieutenant in the back (only my head is partially shown), standing just behind General Ariel Sharon, with whom the IDF had crossed the Suez Canal westward into Egyptian African land, mere few days before this odd concert took place. The tanks, the armoured vehicles and the jeeps were situated in oval shape around Leonard Cohen, comprising odd bleachers in front and around of the singers. The soldier audience was sitting on the vehicles. At some point, the audience and the engines' noises overtook the vocals and the music, as they were performing with no amplification gear. As my left ear membrane was ripped off just few days prior to this concert by an Egyptian 155 mm shell which exploded mere 15 meters from where I had caved in the sand, and I was eager to listen to Leonard's lyrics, thus at some point I had moved from sitting on the engine of my jeep, down to stand behind the performers. And this is where I was caught into the photographer's frame. The concert lasted about an hour, sheer pleasure amidst the circumstances... Credit for this rare photo goes to Koby Doron. This photo was displayed on page 14 of the November 13, 2016 edition of the Israeli daily 'Yediot', in a memorial article following the departure of Leonard Cohen Z"L. Following his expiriences in the 1973 war, Cohen wrote "Lover, Lover, Lover"

I was on the audience bleachers of the Ramat-Gan Stadium during his last concert in Israel in September 24, 2009. Exactly on my 60th birthday.
