They apparently belong(ed) to a Thomas Bell of York County (c1647-October 16, 1679), who lived on the WEST side of the Chesapeake Bay, and who was at some relatively recent time erroneously mash-merged with this one.
Thomas Bell Jr of Accomack/Northampton County had NO recorded children at all.
PS: His "grandparents" are probably fake - there are *very* few cases of offspring of titled persons among the colonists, and those few are mainly well documented.
Found three more-or-less matching children under ROBERT Bell and Mary Cutting, of Accomack/Northampton County.

Robert was the brother of Thomas Bell Jr., and his children are already on Geni, properly under him. Robert Bell, Sr.
Now, what about the York County Thomas...?
Children moved and merged. Bogus "grandparents" removed (Sir Robert Bell and Lady Mary Chester had 10 children but none of them was a son named Thomas, see https://archive.org/details/genealogicalmem01wategoog/page/n160/mod... ).
