The evidence is sketchy regarding the ancestry of Nathan Kort Kort, the patriarch of the California Korts. He may have been a brother or cousin of Abraham Isaac Kort Isaac Kort, the patriarch of the Omaha and Kansas City Korts. DNA evidence is not yet at hand to refine the probabilities.
