Reyel and her husband both are cousin lines for me, based on her current Geni connections, however, on Ancestry the tree Hints I get show:

Reyel Jacobs

BIRTH: 1735 Bertie County, North Carolina
DEATH: 10 Dec 1836 NEW Rutherford County, North Carolina

Father; Jonathan Jacobs (1718–1780)
Mother: Marya Quick (1720–1810)
Spouse: Chief Ishmael Chavis, PeeDee Tribe (1740–1800)

Some of the info matches but a good bit is different, so I have no idea which is correct and am hoping someone in her family and/or profile managers can help clarify the conflicting information.

She is disconnected from the Quick as parent, won't work for dates nor the mtdna. Her direct mtdna is well known. If merging her profile, this has the direct mtdna line; Reigel Chavis

I just wondered which parents were correct so I don't have them wrong in my tree. Thanks for the clarification on that.

I don't think it will get connected on Geni til the mtdna tester comes forward.
