The Find-a-Grave reference has his parents as George and Nancy (Waller) White. Then there are notes in the About section stating he's the son of Thomas White and Sarah Keyes.
The Wiki info matches Find-a-Grave, which it uses as one of its sources:

I Googled trying to find more definitive info on Thomas White and Sarah Keyes and only found this:

which doesn't list their children.
However, it's quite possible both couples had a son named Abijah and perhaps they've gotten mixed up . ?
