Captain Gilbert Geddes Richardson - Captain of Ships?

Hello, please can you throw any additional information on the following -

1792 captain of 1200ton Hussar. 1794 captain of Liverpool. 1794/5 captain of the Mentor. 1796/7 captain of the Phoenix and rescues the crew of the shaw muncher off Manila. 1799 involved in mapping Manila Bay in the Philippines. 1800 captain of Eliza Ann -

The only information I can find is that he captained the Eliza Ann on her third voyage from Calcutta to London and back again around 1800.
I have read a document of the wreak of the Shaw Muncher but can find no mention of the Phoenix or Gilbert Geddes Richard in rescuing the crew.

Gilbert Geddes Richardson is my 5 x Great Grandfather and any further information you could share would be much appreciated
