I know it’s been a few years since you made this project but I’m wondering if you found the information you were after? My Langeveld family is from South Africa as well. My oldest documented ancestor is Jacobus Langeveld (1711) Born to Cornelia van de Caap and (presumed father) Pieter Langeveld.
