Every time I try to load my family tree I get an error

"We've found a problem We are having a problem completing your request, please try again. If the problem persists please contact help.geni.com

Following the link provides no help whatsoever as a search doesn't bring up any answers and there is no way that I can see to contact a real person.

help@geni.com should give you a chance to make a ticket, once you have the ticket number you can post that here, others can help call attention.

If there is a "public" profile you could provide the URL for it and someone can see if they get the same error. We can't see your "private" profiles of course. :)

[#SSZ-520511] would this be the ticket number you are talking about? This is not a public profile it is my own. I was trying to load tree view so I could add more to my family tree, I haven't been able to access this all day.

If you still having issues viewing your Tree it may be due to an outdated version of Flash. You may wish to download the latest version of Flash here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

It may not be your problem but your more detailed explanation allowed for the more detailed search.

I've removed cookies, cleared history and the cache still no luck. Updated flash and still no luck. I did however discover something else that is interesting in an annoying way - I am able to load trees that belong to my in-laws just not my own.

Rolana our merging system occasionally leaves trees with, uh, broken branches. :-) If/when this happens, just email help@geni.com and we can fix it. I fixed yours.
