I did a thorough search of the IGI, the Catherine house index and looked at other sources to check this out. Christina Kinla is also found as Christian or Christiana Kinely. I asked on a Manx forum about the pronunciation of Kinley and found that it can sound like Kinla to an Australian ear.
Christian Kinley remarried, after the death of John Steele, to Thomas Cain(e) in 1839. Christiana and Thomas had 3 or 4 children together. My father inlaw's father had been visiting his Cain relatives on the Isle of Man during WW1 when he met and married his wife.
