"GOVERNMENT GAZETTE. At 11 o'clock of Wednesday, the 13th day of November next, the following portions of crown lands will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Colonial Treasury, in Sydney, at the upset price affixed to each lot respectively, on the terms and conditions, and under the provi- sions of "An Act for regulating the sale of Waste Land belonging to the crown in the Australian Colonies." (Deposit 10 per cent.)

I. Gloucester, sixty acres, parish unnamed, on the Manning River; at the confluence of Fattorini's Creek.
