The logic for this search is that John Bean , born in PA & who died in OH had a son Samuel F. Bean who, though born in Ohio, went to Crawford County PA with his last wife, where he died. Might the impetus have been to return to where hie paternal grandparents lived? Secondly, might John, Samuel's father , be originally from Crawford as well?

There is a problem that may make this scenario unlikely: The Rose Hill cemetery is 57 miles distant from where Samuel is buried. But, both cemeteries are in Crawford County...
