Lt. ABRAHAM ADAMS was the son of EDWARD ADAMS and MARY PATCHEN. He married SARAH LOCKWOOD in 1675 in Fairfield, Fairfield, CT, daughter of ROBERT LOCKWOOD and SUSANNAH NORMAN He was baptized at Fairfield Church on 9 DEC 1694. His six daughters were baptized there also within a short period of time.

SARAH LOCKWOOD d.~1705, and ABRAHAM married second, Martha. He died 9 AUG 1729, and was survived by his second wife.
