At the age of 17, in TARMAG (1893), he immigrated to Eretz Israel, and worked in his father's orange grove in Summeil

He authored the book, Ma'ayan Ganim: Rules for planting Gardens and Citrus Orchards in the Holy Land (1891)

In the book, as the preface explains, Aharon Leib's goal is to write a useful manual for middle-class Jewish Investors who wish to base their economic activity on agriculture in Palestine.
