Alice Cecilia Protz was born on February 20, 1920 in Minnesota. She married Wallace Carlson.

Alice C. Carlson died March 20, 2008 at the age of 88. She was born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota on Febuary 20, 1920. She was married to her husband, Wallace J. Carlson, who preceded her in death, for 64 years. She and her husband moved to the Seattle area in 1947 and currently lived in Federal Way, WA. She is survived by her son, Richard Carlson; and daughter, Susan Horan; her grand children, Mark Horan, Suzie Kinzel, Jeffrey Horan (married to Kafoatu Horan) and Todd Carlson (married to Dana Carlson); and her greatgrandchildren, Michael, Christopher and Amber Kinzel.A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Federal Way, WA on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. She will be remembered with love for her adventurous spirit.
