From Darrell Wolcott 11/25/2017: (please read in EDIT mode to see chart.(Steven Ferry, November 26,2017.)

          REVISION NEEDED:

Angharad ferch Dafydd Wynn ap Dafydd, born c. 1360. She married Dafydd (c. 1350) ap Owain (c. 1320) ap Rhys Goch (c. 1290) ap Rhys (c. 1255) Lord of Marton in Chirbury, Salop.
Dwnn i, 291 cites "Angharad ferch Dafydd Wynn ap Dafydd ap Rhys Llwyd" married "Dafydd ap Owain ap Rhys Goch ap Rhys of Marton. We believe this Rhys of Marton was a brother of the Dafydd ap Cadwaladr who also appears in Dwnn i, 291 as "Cadwaladr ap Iorwerth ap Rhys Gwnle ap Rhys Fychan ap Einion ap Gwyn ap Gruffudd". Bartrum's chart "Gruffudd Chwith" depicts both Rhys of Marton and Dafydd ap Cadwaladr without connecting them as brothers, but cites two late manuscripts (Llyfr Silin and Cedewain Ms) which claim that Rhys Gwnle ferch Rhys Fychan was "ap Dafydd ap Gruffudd Chwith descended from Elystan Glodrydd". We believe the ancestry of these men was correctly given in Dwnn i, 291 and question the existence of an otherwise unknown "Dafydd ap Gruffudd Chwith" in the families descended from Elystan Glodrydd (or from anyone else).
FURTHER DATA:

The Dwnn pedigree was actually that of Pryce of Gunley, a family descended from Einion ap Seisyllt. It depicted Hugh ap Watkin ap Ieuan ap Ieuan (of Einion's descendants) as being the son of Lleuci ferch Dafydd ap Owain ap Rhys Goch ap Rhys of Marton, and the mother of Lleuci as Angharad ferch Dafydd Wynn ap Dafydd ap Rhys Llwyd, and the mother of Angharad as Myfanwy ferch Dafydd ap Einion ap Ednyfed ap Sulien.

The pedigree also says that the mother of Watkin ap Ieuan was Ales ferch Gruffudd ap Maredudd ap Dafydd ap Cadwaladr ap Iorwerth ap Rhys Gwnle ap Rhys Fychan ap Einion ap Gwyn ap Gruffudd. Thus:

(a) ap Beli II ap Selyf II ap Brochwel II of the Powys Royal Family

          (b) This Dafydd married Angharad ferch Dafydd Wynn; her mother was Myfanwy ferch Dafydd ap Einion.
The link shown in red is NOT made in the pedigree but I suggest it is correct, with the elder brother, Dafydd, remaining at Gunley and the younger brother relocating to Marton. Clearly both families were close to the family shown in the far right column

His descendants listed after son Dafydd are more properly charted as deriving from Rhys Fychan ap Einion (Rhys Fychan ab Einion). Please see notes on that profile covering this line as charted by Wolcott] (Steven Ferry, September 20, 2023.)
