   Anna was born about 5 years after Hezekiah died, yet she has his last name Packenham. A couple of sources state that Rachel married David Martin in 1870, but they were not together in 1880. So you would think that Anna was David's daughter, but then why did Rachel and all her children have Packenham for a last name in the 1880 census. One theory is that only Rachel changed her name to Martin when she got married, then changed it back to Packenham when she either divorced David or when he died. This would explain why Anna's last name is Packenham.
