ANNIE BUXBAUM Mother of Physician Had Been Ill for a Year Annie Buxbaum, 68, mother of Dr Edward J Buxbaum, of Jamaica Hospital was buried today in Union Field Cemetery following funeral services at 2 pm in her home 109-11 119th st Richmond Hill. She died there yesterday after a year's illness. She was born in Austria and lived in Brooklyn and Queens most of her life. Mrs Buxbaum is also survived y her husband Harris a retired merchant; four daughters, Jennie Hoffman, Esther Brody, Leonora B Licht and Mildred Buxbaum, and four other sons, Nathan, Julius, Oscar and Martin. Mrs Harris Buxbaum Private funeral services were conducted yesterday for Mrs Annie Buxbaum, 68, mother of Edward J Buxbaum, pathologist at Jamaica hospital and prominent Jamaica physician. Mrs Buxbaum died Wednesday at her home after a year's illness. Rabbi Mordechai M Stern officiated, Burial was in Union Field Cemetery Cypress Hills. Mrs Buxbaum is survived by her husband Harris a retired merchant and 8 other children Nathan, Edward, Julius, Oscar, Martin and Mildred Buxbaum, Mrs Jennie Hoffman, Mrs Esther Brody and Mrs Leonard Licht
