Charles Mabee

The birth registration of Overton Edgar Powley gives no indication that his parents were not married (no surname is shown for him, and there is no indication in the record of illegitimacy), but it is understood by his descendants that he was illegitimate, he went by his mother's surname, and Jim Keller only recently discovered the identity of his father.
