About Charles Franklin Treichler

Charles was the eldest of the ten children of Eli Julian and Elizabeth Frick (Landis) Treichler. On January 6, 1897, he wed Mary Elizabeth Rose. Their five children were all born in Sanborn. Charles was a florist and grew many beautiful flowers and plants in his greenhouses. About nine years after Mary Elizabeth's death, he married a widow, Florence Helen (Nichols) Lum on January 15, 1941.
