Chaja Leo nee Frenkel was born in Kszanov, Poland in 1894 to Simkha and Miriam. She was a housewife and married to Moshe. Prior to WWII she lived in Piotrkow, Poland. During the war she was in Piotrkow, Poland. Chaja was murdered/perished in 1942 in Piotrkow, Poland.
