Here follows the order by the Commissioners of the County Wexford Militia,, signed and sealed Christian Bor, High Sheriff, and Eichard Clfton, dated 24th January, 1666;, stating that £10 for a horse troope and £6 for foote Company is not to be exceeded for the purchase of trumpets,, eoloiiiys,. and drums, and to pay the former amount to Arthur Parsons Esq.,. Capt. of an horse troope in. this county," Parsons receipt attached—and similar orders and receipts for the other officers.

Christian Bor of Drynagh and Edermine, which latter he changed to Borrmount.
Mayor of Wexford in 1652 and High Sheriff of co. Dublin. On 1 May
1673 he married Ellen, daughter and heiress of Philip Hore of Ballyhogue (now
Bellevue). With her he acquired estates in the Baronies of Forth and Shalmalier.
His will is dated 1686. He died 1687, and was buried at Drynagh. He left six
danghters, coheiresses, viz.:-
1. Catherine, christened 3 12 1675.
2. Clotilda, m. 1st Sir Fraser Eustace ; 2ndly Michael Parsons of Parsonstown.
3. Helen, m. 3 5 1707 Thos. Uniacke of Carview, co. Cork.
4. Barbara, m. 27 11 1708 the Rt. Hon. R. Tighes of Woodstock.
5. Emilia, m. 24 9 1705 Edward Lovett of Drynagh.
6. Euphemia, m. 30 11 1711 George Houghton of Kiltborp Manor in Rutlandshire, and afterwards of Borrmount through right of his wife. He sold the English
property, and died in 1733, leaving 5 sons and 3 daughters.
