Christian Hendersone

Biography

Some family trees say that Christian married John Henderson of Inverkeithing, a member of the Fordell Line of Clan Henderson, but this now seems unlikely.

It appears she married a different John Henderson(e), as shown in this entry from Scotland's People. I found that entry from a search of all parts of Scotland from 1666 to 1685, and that is the only marriage of a John Henderson(e) and Christian Broun/Brown.

This tree says that their first child, Elpeth, was born 16 days before their marriage, which seems unlikely.
As I write, this tree has no documents attached, apart from the record from Scotland's People. I hope managers have documents they can upload to support statements about this family.
