Birth: Aug 1542 Newport Pond, Essex, England
Death: 1614 Fenstanton, Huntingdonshire (now Cambridgeshire) , England [??]
Buried: Emma was buried beside her husband in White Chapel
Married: Emma and John Howland were married in 1560 in London England.
They named their heirs as follows: John Howland, Margaret (Howland) Catesby, and Nicholas Howland. That's it.
Margaret (Howland) Catesby's the last known residence is in Castor, Northamptonshire. She might have still had the descendants today.
As for Nicholas Howland and John Howland, their lines came to end in 1612 and 1655 respectively. They died without any male issue. No surviving armiger can carry their armorial achievement today.
From The Howland Homestead (Society of the Descendants of Pilgrim John Howland, of the Ship Mayflower, Boston, 1911) Page 5 "The Ancestry of John Howland of the 'Mayflower.'"
"John3 of London, the second son, [of John Howland and Agnes Greenway] was baptized Aug. 10, 1541, and buried in the Church of St. Mary's, Middlesex. He married Emme, daughter of Nicholas Revell, citizen and grocer of London. His son John4 Howland, is the one who has always hitherto been supposed to be identical with John Howland of the "Mayflower," but Mr. Chester proves that the former died unmarried and was buried in England.
