She was born on Dec. 14, 1972, in Lewiston, daughter of William and Greta. She was a graduate of Mt. Blue High School, Class of 1991. In 1992, she married William "Bill" Wilbur and they made their home in Wilton. She enjoyed cooking, camping, fishing, boating, couponing, and going for long rides. She especially loved her dogs Dookie and Jax, and her cat Butterscotch.

Ericka is survived by her husband Bill; her mother Greta M. Essency; her father William Zerbst and stepmother Betty; her sister Nicale Pomerleau and husband David of Sangerville; her mother-in-law Joline Pratt; brother-in-law Rick Delano; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She was predeceased by her grandparents Kathleen and Chet Dolbier, Lydia and Adolph Zerbst, her stepfather Joseph Essency, her father-in-law Donald Wilbur, her brother-in-law Joe and his wife Donna Delano.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Wilton. Those wishing may make donations in Ericka's memory to The Franklin County Animal Shelter, 550 Industry Rd., Farmington, Maine 04938.
